When I preview my .ai file in macOS (by selecting the file's icon and pressing spacebar), I get a very different image compared to what I get when I export the file as a .png.

※写真編集ソフト側にて品質の高いリサイズが可能でしたら、3840ｘ2160にリサイズしてからPremiere Elementsに読み込んだ方が、パソコンへの負荷の面でも画質の面でも良いかもしれません。

and which directory path is this log file archived in ?

I found a strange problem in Bridge. If I create (both export as... or save as...) a .jpg and a .png files from the same .psd file in photoshop, the .png file has different color in Bridge, but only in Bridge. In Preview or in Photoshop they have the same colour. Something wrong with .png files, because .jpg files are look the same in every applications.
In the first screenshoot you can see the 2 images next to each other in Preview.
In the 2. screenshoot the 2 files are in Bridge
I measured the color in digital color meter using display native values and display in sRGB options
1. png in native values (R: 0, G: 102, B: 204)
2. jpg in native values (R: 45, G: 102, B: 196)
3. png in sRGB (R: 0, G: 102, B: 212)
4. jpg in sRGB (R: 0, G: 102, B: 204)
The jpg and the original psd files has the same RGB numbers.
Every files has the sRBG color profiles embedded. I use a custom monitor profile created by x-rite i1 display pro. I have an iMac 2017.
Anybody has any idea what is wrong?

I have recently installed Photoshop CC (v 20.0.5) on a new PC laptop. When I use any tool, the change I make doesn't show up until I click on a new tool to start the next step. I've googled this to find a solution and can see discussions about this happening in older versions of Photoshop (eg in 2017 and 2018, such as Image Changes Not Showing Up in Photoshop v 19.1) with the suggested fix being to enable the "show Start Workspace" option in preferences. However, I can't find this option in preferences in my version of Photoshop. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem please?

This problem I would approach it from a computer repair point of view.
I would delete the "pp.exe" unless the folder that your crash log revealed is for a program that you have installed there with other things...either case if, the "Printers Plan" folder is just for saving PDF documents it does not make any sense to have an executable showing in there as the faulting application.
When was the last time that the C:\Windows\Temp folder was examined for its contents or emptied out?
And when was the last time that you remember that everything in your StartUp folder was deleted or disable?
Also, would it be possible for you to do a full system virus scan from a good-known working computer and then run the executable virus scanning tool from a USB key in the affected computer?
Disconnect from the your Internet when you do the following:
- Reboot the affected computer in Safe Mode
-- While in Safe Mode, run the virus scanning utiliy without interrupting any part of this process; if something pops up as an infection make notes of other paths and dependencies that may also be related to the offending app.
-- If nothing is found, still it is highly recommended to run from the command pormpt the following as administrtor:
checkdsk with these parameters “chkdsk c: /f /r /x” on your drives.
Also run a file system check (also in Administrator Mode from your command prompt) with this command: sfc /scannow to repair and revert damaged files (if any) to their default state.
As for the Adobe Internet Plug In "IA32.api" you may also want to a reputable third-party registry checker application to repair the integrity of your registry (if problems were found due to malicious software infection) and actually clean your entire registry.
Lastly, you can always go back in time and select a windows recovery check point that you can identify before this started happening and revert to that; I am more inclined in doing thorough cleanups to rule out the weird stuff though.
You also mentioned that the PDF is viewed from an Internet Explorer window.
Disable this addon too with IE opened.
Hit ALT +X to open the tools icon. MANAGE ADDONS----- VIEW ALL ADDONS and disble or remove from internet explorer. You can enable it or reinstall it later.
Do a backup on a separate drive or network directory. And delete the old network shared folder. Recreate the new shared folder and make sure to assigned it as a shared/public folder.
Restore your backup in it.
If you dont want to do this then check the attributes of the current network folder and see if for some reason it became a read only folder.
If it is read only change its attribute to , read, write, execute. And specify the user group that will have access to it
Then remove the mapped network drive in the affected computer(s) and recreate it ... see if by assigning it a different drive letter will also do the trick and map it to the new shared folder.
I know this is a long answer and I might be all over the place but you did specified "it will require an explanation"

1. Word Document with changes shown text and getting ready to create pdf of document
2. Then when it creates pdf, all the changes in the Word document are automatically accepted (I do not want that).
3. If I open ACROBAT and then open the Word document that shows changes in Acrobat, it creates the document correctly. However, I want to be able to create pdf that show the Word document with changes shown.
The process in steps 1 and 2 happen on my desktop and laptop. Using Microsoft office 365 and Adobe Acrobat DC. It did not do this until late last year. Other pdf creation programs do not do this.

I've been editing using After Effects CC 2018 since last year, and recently it's been rendering some clips really slow. I used make edits using clips I get from a game called Fortnite, and recently I switched to CS:GO and Call of Duty. Ever since I started to edit clips from CS:GO and COD (Call of Duty), my After Effects starts to freeze every time I move the blue line in the timeline, when i move a keyframe or when i move the clip. I think its because the clip I use to edit for CS:GO or COD is 300+ fps and the clips i used for Fortnite are mostly 60. Some are also 300 but never 600. The 300 ones lag sometimes too but not as much as COD or CS:GO. Is there any way I can reduce the amount of fps in the clips so they don't make AE lag as much? I've heard of Virtualdub but that only supports .avi and all the clips i use are .mp4 or .mov.

Hi - I am using Photoshop Express on my Chromebook. I want to make a photo collage with 4 (or 5 or 6) photos. Every time I try to make it It places one photo in each spot of the collage. It isn't frozen I can adjust each image. I have rebooted my laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It works on my phone. Any suggestions? Thanks
